Through a partnership with American Lutheran Church of Sun City and Lutheran Social Services of the Southwest (LSS-SW), Annette DeJesus serves as the Care Support Case Manager also known as our Resource Minister.
Her office hours at American Lutheran are Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm.
You may make an appointment with Annette through the ALC Office at 623-974-2512 or, in case of emergency, she may be reached via LSS-SW at 480-848-7045.
At American Lutheran Church of Sun City, Annette
- Serves members of the community and congregation by providing case management services to increase access to health care, employment, mental and behavioral health services, food stability, aging services, housing, and other basic needs.
- Promotes the ministry of Lutheran Social Services among all congregations throughout the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) Conferences by providing program information regarding services offered and by soliciting financial support and volunteers as needed. This includes notifying those congregations of employment opportunities in the Case Management Program as they arise.
