Volunteer

Sun City, Arizona is known as the City of Volunteers. Science has proven that volunteering provides purpose, increases quality of life, and helps build community. These are three of the same reasons to follow Jesus. It’s no wonder that “loving God and our neighbor as ourselves” is the greatest commandment.

Giving your time not only helps others but it also creates healthy, loving, and joy-filled people. Since American Lutheran Church is in Sun City, AZ, we offer numerous opportunities to serve others in and outside this congregation.
