At American Lutheran Church of Sun City, our Christmas Eve service is more than a tradition—it’s a celebration of hope, light, and the promise of God’s love.
For over 50 years, ALC has been a place where faith, music, and fellowship come together. On Christmas Eve, Wednesday, December 24, at 3:00 & 5:00 PM, or Thursday, Christmas Day at 9:30 AM, we invite you to join us for a joyful service filled with beloved carols, inspiring scripture, and the beauty of candlelight as we celebrate the birth of Christ.

Whether you’ve worshiped with us for years or this is your first visit, you’ll feel at home. Our Christmas Eve service includes traditional carols, Scripture, and a message of hope. Communion is open to all, and candlelight will close the evening in reverence and joy.
For decades, our congregation has gathered to celebrate the birth of Christ with beautiful music, heartfelt worship, and the glow of candlelight. Join us as we continue this cherished tradition.
Our worship schedule changes seasonally, and services last about 60–75 minutes:
After the Thanksgiving Eve Service, join us in the Fellowship Hall for warm cider, fresh donuts, and good conversation. It’s a sweet way to continue the spirit of gratitude and connect with friends old and new.

Your generosity helps support our local mission partners this Thanksgiving:
Depending on the time of the year, our regular schedule during the months of November – April includes three worship opportunities: Saturday at 4 PM and Sunday at 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM. Because Sun City is made up of many snow-birds, during the months of May – October, we have two worship opportunities: Saturday at 4 PM and Sunday at 9:30 AM. Each worship service normally lasts between an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes.
Celebrate Christmas with Us at 3PM on December 24!
